TPS65311/TPS65310   包含了温度检测管脚VT。如果VT超过0.5倍VTREF，则系统关机，电源不输出。 参考设计采用了10K NTC和22K电阻进行分压，这样的话只能在低温进行保护，不太符合电源设计的逻辑，电源一般设计成高温保护。  请问这样设计的意义和意图是什么
