最近公司要用一颗LM5022把20-24.5V电压升到110V 2.8A 的升压电路。经过TI的在线工具WEBENCH Designer仿真设计出一个原理图，按照上面的参数设计PCB板，焊接成功后，输出电压在108.5V,正常加载1A以内没问题，但是1A以上就会烧芯片和MOS管
