TPS65131输出±12V纹波噪声过大

1、附图是TPS65131评估板的原理图，我的电路是照抄的评估板，现在测试±12V输出电压时，波动很大，有50HZ的工频纹波，纹波峰峰值有2~3V左右，非常不稳，能帮我看看具体是什么原因吗，我测试整改一下；

2、如果要将输出调整成±15V输出，除了分压电阻需要调整以外还需要改动其他的吗？
