TPS40170高温工作发出刺耳的响声

Hi TI 专家：

   在使用TPS40170时，输出12V,带载9A,在常温下没问题，但是在做60度高温测试时，电路板出现明显刺耳的声响，如下是设计原理图，请帮忙看下。

电感值所用为10uH，电感参数也如下。我在webench仿真时的电感建议参数:L=6.8uH， DCR = 8.1 mΩ ，IDC = 18.5 A。感觉和电感值的影响不大，还请大神门帮忙看看。
