负电压转负电压不太好转，不建议你这样做。
建议你用正压转，你可以仿照TPS54160那样通过降压芯片加耦合电压来做+/-36V转换（见芯片网站设计文档信息）
也可以用升压芯片来做，你可以仿照TPS61080通过升压加chargepump来做（见芯片datasheet，如果是要36V,需要其他能升压到36V以上的芯片来做，但是可以仿照这个原理）
