TLC5510在工作电压和时钟信号正常的情况下，在没接如模拟信号时，模拟输入口用万用表测量有一个1.6V左右的电压，且D1~D8输出口有j几个有数据，当接入模拟信号时，又能正常转换为数字信号，请问，这种现象是正常现象，还是芯片坏了？ 谢谢！！

通常模拟信号端口禁止不接信号, 不接信号条件下什么值都有可能.
亲；正常现象。输入开路时，测得的是虚假电压，不同表或方法测得的电压也不一样。IC处于这种状态是比较危险的，需要通过电阻接地等处理。
