我的 CC2540 USB dongle 插在电脑上没反应

拆盒子后第一次使用，插入电脑后不提示安装驱动，在"设备管理器"中也看不到有新设备出现

插入dongle后，绿灯常亮， 按任何一个按钮，都会变成红灯亮

电脑环境没问题，CC debugger连接电脑是有安装驱动的提示的。

请问我这个dongle是不是坏了，还是说第一次使用需要download software？
