DLPLCR4500GUI-3.0.1與電腦連接不上

在win10系統下。

一星期前使用GUI尚可連接，今天上工測試發現GUI的connected一直維持紅燈。

測試過不是USB線的問題，也將J18腳位短路測試還是連接不上。

電腦本身也能使用其他HID USB裝置，判斷是DLP版的問題。

請教還有甚麼可能性?要如何解決?
