NIRScan Nano 光栅型号和参数

请问NIRScan Nano 光栅型号和参数采用的Richardson光栅型号和参数是多少？BOM里面的型号（GRATING (33A12BF01-640R -- Newport gratings)）是否正确？我按照BOM里面的型号去联系Newport代理人员，代理人员说找不到这个型号的，我在Richardson gratings的产品列表里也没找到。非常感谢！

• Both aluminum and gold coated versions are available. Our system used aluminum because it is more inexpensive, although gold would have a higher efficiency.

The important specifications to match if it is being replaced are:
• 300 grooves per mm
• 1.2μm nominal blaze wavelength
• 10.4° nominal blaze angle
• Dimensions: 8x8x3mm

非常感谢您的帮助，我按照您提供的信息再问一下。还有个问题想确认一下。如果我们按照TI提供的设计方案自己采购TI的元器件做一个光谱仪，有没有知识产权方面的问题？有没有TI或者其他公司的专利保护问题，我们可不可以把自己做的光谱仪用在我们以后的产品上？我们在TI提供的方案基础上是否可以进行改动并用于我们的产品？非常感谢！
