为啥FFT单步运行时有结果，但是连续运行时结果就为零了？

使用在EVM5517开发板上测试过的程序，FFT运行正常，但是在自己做的板子上，在其他功能正常情况下，FFT输出结果为零。当换成FFT源汇编程序时，连续运行出错，但是从调用到该函数结束一直用单步运行的话，结果就正常了，在单步运行中，输出有结果的时候，一连续运行，其输出又为零了。

请问这是什么原因呢？
