关于vlib库中的pc版本库问题

请问： ti的vlib库，好像从3.x版本开始，pc版本库大小就是1k了，也不能像以前2.x版本的vlib.lib那样在windows的开发工具（例如VS）中直接包含引用，但为什么每个vlib的发布包里面都会有这样的一个1kb大小的vlib.lib呢？只是个摆设？还是说可以结合dsp库（例如*.a64P）使用？如果是，请问怎样结合使用？谢谢。
