VPSS M3这个核可以控制芯片的GPIO,GPMC之类的外设吗？还是外设只能由A8来控制？

1. 首先需要你根据数据手册里面System Interconnect章节，看相应的外设和M3（media controller)是否有连接
2.如果有，只需要把相应外设的寄存器通过AMMU映射到M3的memory map里面，就可以控制了。
不建议A8和M3同时控制同一个外设，因为硬件上没有保护机制。
