Processor SDK Linux 06_03_00_106 无法安装，找不到sdk-install.sh

执行：./ti-processor-sdk-linux-am57xx-evm-06.03.00.106-Linux-x86-Install.bin后，按照文档要执行./sdk-install.sh，但是安装完的目录下找不到这个文件？请问在哪可以找到？
