参考BBB a6 画的核心板，上电正常。各个电压均稳定输出

24M晶振起镇，但是串口0无任何输出。偶尔连接上回出现乱码。

sysboot配置的是uart0启动，具体值是0100 0000 0010 0001

cpu复位信号1.8v

uart0 通过一个缓冲器和cp2102的usb转串口器件接在一起连接在电脑上，波特率115200,8n1

请问我该如何排查问题
