我想用一个时间同步的操作

请问我如何获取当前芯片的时间？

我使用的是 RTOS PDK1.0.14 ccsv8.0

是在哪里定义的？目前找到两个文件
1.pdk_am437x_1_0_14\packages\ti\starterware\soc\gic.c
2.pdk_am437x_1_0_14\packages\ti\starterware\soc\soc.c
请问这两个函数是对应哪个文件呢？
