貌似挂载的系统在NAND FLASH里的数据改变了。内核识别不了是ubifs系统,挂载不上去了。

    根据文档去制作了ubifs文件系统,烧写进去后。是可以挂载文件系统的。

     不过,文件系统真的只能挂载一次。

    怀疑可能是在文件系统挂载后,在内核有进行nand_write操作,导致修改了文件系统的内容,导致下次启动的时候,无法再挂载文件系统了。

     所以,可能是这样的吧

    在内核里,添加了一些测试打印信息时,发现,当内核启动到这里的时候。

    在这之后就有时候出现了调用nand_write_page_hwecc这个函数。

    而且是多次调用。启动到SHELL后,一定时间内也会调用这个函数。

    当调用这个函数的时候,有一个奇怪的现象,就是一页应该是2048个字节的。每512个字节生成ecc。共4次写。

    但是从打印出来的ECC数据看,只有第一个512字节有ecc,剩下的三个512字节得到的ecc都是0。也就是写进去的2048个字节里,只有前面512个字节是有数据,后面的3个512字节是0。

     我在想是不是我哪里配置错误了,或者内核里,哪里没有修改,导致这样的问题。

     现在问题还不确定是在内核里还是文件系统里。

    经测试后,发现,如果在内核里,把ecc.mode改成NONE后,也就是直接在内核里,修改成不启用ECC,就可以一直挂载。每次启动都可以挂载文件系统了。

    但如果改成BCH8的方式,当第一次挂载文件系统后,重启后,就不能再挂载文件系统了。

    我的文件系统在bootloader烧写的时候,是以BCH8的方式写到NAND 的文件系统分区里的。

    现在也不清楚是nand_read的错误还是nand_write的错误。

    因为,如果说nand_read错误,但它至少能成功挂载文件系统了。

    只是重启之后,就不能再挂载文件系统了

    在第一次挂载文件系统的时候,是出现的nand_write的操作。如果在内核里,修改nand_write,就是调用nand_write的时候,就直接返回。这样的话,也可以一直挂载文件系统。初步原因就是启动文件系统后,出现写操作,而读和写的ECC校验失败。

     之前ubifs文件系统只能挂载一次问题的,改过ecc.mode为none后,可以挂载。后来发现,根本问题不在ecc.mode。

    后来重新制作过文件系统后,发现使用ecc BCH8也可以,因此应该是之前文件系统制作的过程,参数不正确,没有按实际使用的NAND FLASH来配置参数,导致制作的UBIFS文件系统信息和内核分区不匹配。

     因为启动了系统后,会有对文件系统所在的分区有写的操作的,由于文件系统配置信息不对,导致写的时候,写错了位置,导致第二次启动的时候。

    可能这里有点疑惑,使用ecc.mode=none也同样会出现写的操作,而且也是同样写错同一个位置。因为在写的时候,需要先擦除,因此会把原先的ECC数据擦除。因为一擦除就是一整块,但写的数据未必就刚好是一整块。

    还有就是有一些NAND FLASH不支持子页操作的,需要去掉子页读写功能。

  • 刚开始接触的时候,对文件系统,NAND FLASH不是很了解,所以,有时候遇到问题也不知道原因在哪里。有时候就只好这边试试,那边改改,通过现象来反馈问题的所在。

      后来也用来镁光,三星等的FLASH。更换FLASH后,出现文件系统挂载不上,对比FLASH的差异以及文件系统制作过程的参数,才找到问题所在。特别是在三星的FLASH,由U0D换为U0E后,也遇到文件系统问题,只是一个支持子页,一个不支持子页,这个问题就得改代码。问题遇到多了,找到问题的所在,把ecc.mode改为none也许并不是解决问题的根本办法,因为表面上也许可以挂载ubifs了,但有可能会存在潜在的系统隐患在里面,后面带来的问题或损失会更大。

     之前看到周工那篇UBIFS文件系统制作的总结,写得挺好的。因为第一次搞ubifs,刚看的时候半懂不懂,后来调试多了,反复读了几次,也慢慢有了感觉。

             对于使用支持子页的Nand, 相对应的要修改哪里呢?  我这边是用的海力士  的H27U4G8F 。看datasheet 是支持子页的。

             现在UBI  Fs 虽然能挂载了,但是启动的过程中会报错:

    把好多标为了坏区,实际上并不是坏区。不知何故??

  • 我也遇到ubifs文件系统只能挂载一次的问题。

    1、uboot烧录后第一次可以正常加载FS,重启后报错“UBI error: ubi_io_read: error -74 (ECC error) while reading 126976 bytes from PEB 3:4096, read 126976 bytes”

     

    2、omap_nand_probe

        info->nand.ecc.mode             = NAND_ECC_NONE;

    ecc mode设置为NAND_ECC_NONE后,FS可以多次加载。

     

     

    3、最后发现根本原因是mkfs.ubifsd的选项有问题, –F 应该写成 -F,太隐蔽了。

     

    当时是参考周工的文档(http://www.deyisupport.com/question_answer/dsp_arm/sitara_arm/f/25/t/59921.aspx)制作的UBIFS,但是“Ubifs文件系统的制作和启动.pdf ”中选项 –F 写的有问题,应该是 -F
