C6678的功耗问题

按照TI提供的C6678 power cosumption summary Rev1_0_2,在主频选择800M的时候CVDD1 total的功耗为2023.27mw。选择1250M的时候CVDD1 total的功耗为1393.55mw。主频高了但是CVDD1的total功耗确低了。这是正常现象吗？原因是什么。
