           做风扇的foc矢量控制，现在需要在逆风下能够启动风扇，启动时由于外部风速较大导致风扇有100~200rpm的转速自运转，利用FLY_start 启动时，如果目标转速和风扇自转同向，风扇可以正常启动，但如果目标转速与风扇自转转速反向时，由于外部风速较大，风扇启动失败，无法达到我的目标转速，请问该问题如何解决？
