我在300转速的时候设定电压是22V，不带电机的时候用万用表测量是22V，带电机的时候用万用表测量的结果12V，但是我用示波器测量V-fb点的电压两次并没有变化，难道是万用表只能测量50HZ，当有电机的是候衰减了吗
