通过tiC2000系列芯片和ET1100搭建的Ethercat从站用SOEM和Igh主站通信都有问题，有没有人遇到过同样问题，从站代码是通过SSC生成的，结果通信的时候总是卡在SAFEOP状态不能切换到OP状态。
