28377程序一直卡死在系统初始化函数中

之前运行成功的程序，突然就开始卡在这两句话了while(ClkCfgRegs.SYSPLLSTS.bit.LOCKS != 1)，  while(ClkCfgRegs.SYSPLLSTS.bit.LOCKS != 1)

如果把这两句注释掉，发现程序可以运行，但是主频由200M直接变成只有5M了，不知道是什么原因。开始的时候只是在flash里运行会出问题，现在ram在线调试也出问题了
