CC2640RSM 用XDS100V3下载程序 芯片坏

最近用CC2640RSM做了100片线路板，用XDS100V3下载程序，如果隔一段时间（30分钟）下载，芯片损坏的概率低，损坏的概率大约30%。如果连续下载程序，芯片损坏的概率很高，基本达到90%的概率损坏，这个是什么原因啊？下载好以后，线路板就不大坏了。
