CCS无法顺利下载程序，但是RF_flash_programmer可以识别板子并下载或擦除程序，但是程序不运行。是否说明板子硬件无问题。
CC2640R2F程序移植从7*7封装到4*4后，程序无法下载。CCS 下载到最后一点跳转在线debug时出错，报错如下
