既然cc3200的ROM里面有外设API库，为什么还要包含rom_map.h，然后在调用API时，使用“MAP_”开头的宏的用法？目的是什么，表示对此仍然不懂。
用到ROM中固化的库函数时会用到rom_map.h，与外设上的API差别就在于“MAP_”开头
如果是用ROM里面的API的时候，这个外设的驱动就不要需要在RAM里面运行了，这样就可以节约RAM的消耗。
