小米插座路由节点e19f，在4346行之前一直不能转发终端节点d308发给协调器的数据。（但是终端6c55却能在965行通过路由e19f转发数据给协调器）
之后把小米插座断电了，终端d308在4358行重新入网后通过路由f6e3在4515，4600发送数据给协调器成功。
有没有可能E19F上面保存的设备D308的Framecounter值要大于D308发送给E19F的，导致数据包在网络层丢弃了。
