Coordinator在创建网络之前，调用NLME_NetworkDiscoveryRequest无法返回其回调函数：ZDO_NetworkDiscoveryConfirmCB。
在未公开的库函数源码中，是否对设备逻辑类型进行了判断，非协调设备不可返回ZDO_NetworkDiscoveryConfirmCB函数呢？
劳请各位ZB大牛，指点一二。
调用
NLME_NwkDiscReq2( NLME_ScanFields_t* fields )
并且扫描类型 == NLME_DISC_SCAN
