    您好， HTQFP封装的ADS1258，其thermal pad应该也是与模拟地AVSS连接在一起，从AVDD和DVDD的供电电流来看，ADS1258的主要供电在模拟部分，应增加模拟部分的散热面积。 虽然QFN封装的ADS1258在内部thermal pad与AVSS管脚已经连在一起了，但是还是建议您外部PCB连线AVSS网络也与thermal pad再次连接，增大铜皮的接触面积，增加散热。
