请教一个问题，我做了一批50PCS的2S7P 容量35Ah,经过了几轮老化之后，将电量充满后长期存放4个月后，用EV2400读取数据发现CELL电压均在4.15V左右，SOC只有71%左右。然后将电池包直接对电池包充电，这是SOC只能充到88%左右，这个是什么原因引起的呢？需要怎么调整？

DA configuration配置如图，SLEEP=1,IN_SYSTEM_SLEEP=1,NR=0
FET OPTION的配置如图，
power的配置如下：
在确认符合进入sleep模式的状态下断开通讯，使用万用表测量MOS的GS电压始终为11V，并未关闭。
这个配置应该是满足sleep状态下CHG OFF,DSG ON的条件的，但实际并没有如期，请问可能是哪里的问题？
