需要实现的功能
1：OAD空中升级；（维护功能时程序使用）
2：采集数据并通过SUB1G将数据发送出去；（功能程序）
以上两个功能在不同的线程中，设备启动时会选择其中一个线程启动，不会同时运行两个线程。但是数据发送和OAD空中升级必须在不同的频段中；
根据ccs里面设置频段的入口只找到下图修改入口，如何在启动不同的线程时选择不同的频段参数呢？
