最近新电池项目使用 TI,BQ27Z746芯片，1S1P，在 低温-0°C 0.2C（1080mA）老化测试时，log数据有比较奇怪的现象：
1、25℃电池充满后，降温至 -10℃过程中，约-7℃时，FCC的容量直接从2964mAh掉到0；
2、-10℃ 0.2C放电过程中，前几分钟剩余容量为0（正常从放电的那一刻开始就会更新），突然更新剩余容量；
