  Part Number: LAUNCHXL-F28379D 开发板电源接线：仿真器与开发板电源隔离，JP1、JP2、JP3断开，J16外接5V电源，JP4、JP5短接，JP6断开，即仿真器隔离、外部5V供电模式。 上电调试过程中开发板出现故障，发现3.3V口与GND短路，开发板不能正常工作。但是查阅LAUNCHPAD原理图并没有发现5V转3.3V的来源。现在想问一下仿真器隔离、外接5V模式下是哪个芯片将5V转为3.3V？
