原理图如上图，控制芯片输出不同电压给MOS的栅极来做控制的。漏极电压12V，栅极电压0V和24V，现在有两块板mos管DS短路，出现问题后表现为S极不受控，始终为12V，此时设备也可正常工作，只是无法通过控制栅极切断电源，帮忙分析一下什么原因会造成DS短路，另外mosfet选型是否合适，谢谢！
