Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD17556Q5B 请教: pcb完全按照附件电路设计,因为手上有CSD17556Q5B所以NMOS换成了这个,肖特基二极管换成了国产厂家的 MBR10200,我对比参数很接近。 我用4欧姆水泥电阻负载测试时,输出电压电流都正常,NMOS管发热也不大,但二极管发热很厉害,能看到有烟出现,但是多次测试好像元件并没有损坏,输出都正常。 请问下是我电路有问题,还是应该给二极管加散热片? 谢谢!
