  贵公司的REF5040产品的基准源，典型应用上说可以用于16BIT数据采集系统，我从数据手册的 Initial Accuracy 0.05% ，Output Voltage Temperature Drift 以及噪声三个参数中计算1LSB的误差，好像根本不能满足16BIT数据采集系统，请问如何从数据手册的以上三个参数来估算误差，请使用详细的计算说明，谢谢。也可以说明一下如何根据数据转换器的位数来选择合适的电压基准芯片，非常感谢。
