Unfortunately no, there is no simulation model available for the DRV401. We did look into this but the resources to accurately model the magnetic field and its interaction with an external hall sensor is not possible at this time.

Functionally the schematic looks correct. I would recommend using an RCD clamp vs a TVS clamp. It helps dampen the ringing at the switch node which will improve EMI and power stage performance.
