    Part Number: TMS320F280025 有邮件跟贵司的技术人员沟通， 工单编号为 CS1986798。 他们建议我到论坛上来发账 芯片第一次烧录是正常的，第二次烧录出现擦除不了，无法行进第二次烧录 仿真器是00IC-XDS100V3， 烧录程序c2prog和ccs都有遇到此现象。 1.最开始我们调试是设置内部晶振来烧录的，烧录5片是没有发现烧录问题的，但有出现程序仿真运行不了的情况。 2.如果先设置外部晶振来烧录程序，第一次可以烧录，后面再烧录就出现擦除不了的问题，然后改为内部晶振的程序烧录也同样出现这个擦除问题…
