终端客户的问题是：用的 BQ40Z50-R1 的 IC ，启动了 shipmode 这个功能，设置的时间是 64800 ，大部分电池都会自动进入，但是有小部分没有进入，需要找这个原因，还请帮忙协助分析，谢谢。
