你好，我在使用TPS3701作为电压监测芯片进行设计（欠压过压时候LED灯灭，正常输出LED灯亮）的过程中遇到一个问题，当监测负电压发生欠压或者过压时候可以正常逻辑的开漏输出，但是当负电压为0V无输出的时候会输出高电平这是为什么，如何才能将使得在负压=0V的时候，输出低电平呢，十分感谢！
