我们使用TPS62400芯片的原理图如下，现有一批300片中出现了2PCS损坏的，
芯片损坏表现为原理图中1.8V输出阻抗异常，功耗变大，两颗损坏的芯片具体表现为10脚与8脚之间的阻抗变为10Ω和16Ω，我司采用此芯片时间较长，总数量已使用
几K以上，本次使用数量为300颗左右，其中发现两颗存在此问题。
麻烦帮分析一下损坏的原因是啥？如何改善？
