原理图如图，芯片底部裸露铁皮为25脚EP，连接到地。
5v输入，电感啸叫，并将5v输入拉低到2.5v，三极管Q1集电极和发射级电压一样，都是2.5V，本应输出15v的地方输出7v，本应输出-10v的地方输出0.7v。
将电感L2、电容C45去掉，并将15引脚连接到地，啸叫问题消失，能正常输出3.3v电压，但仍无法输出15v与-10v电压，这两个位置输出的都是 0.7v， 请问哪里出问题了呢…
