我准备在电路中使用TPS4041I，搭配TPS2553-Q1，发现TPS4041I-Q1的datasheet和其用户指南（SLLU227 A）中，二者关于芯片第9脚（PWRCTL_POL）的说法是不一致的。如图：
datasheet第7页是这样说的：
上拉=PWRCTL高有效。
