各位TI专家你们好，我用OPA335设计TIA仿真如上图，电流采用光电二极管，光强很小的时候出现下面的波形
TINA仿真是没有问题的，光强大一点之后
这是什么原因呢？
Vo=Iin*Rf。
光强很大时的电流为多少？没超出供电电压范围吧？
绝对没有超出供电范围，你说要不要加反馈电容啊？
我在输出接了低通滤波电路就把这个去掉了，但是不知道为什么会产生上面图所示的脉冲，TINA仿真是没有的
