buff634出来的信号严重失真，ths3092通+-15电后发烫，第一张图是他ths3092 1引脚的输出信号，求大侠们指教。
1.thermal pad 需要很好的接地，其下面要流出铜皮并通过加大VIA连接到各层夸大散热面积，这种高速的运放功耗会比较大点， 可以去监控下供电状态的，计算下功耗是否是正常。
2.关于你的电路，方便解释下要出处理什么信号，应用是什么？
AD9834输出的大概100k的正弦信号，峰峰值放大到10v左右
