+3V产生电压，REF5030AID已经产生+3v电压，经过1kΩ的电阻和两个并联接地电容达到OPA211正相输入端，会不会产生压降？
后面OPA211滤波是怎么原理？
REF5030AID出来的信号连接的是OPA211构成的电压跟随器，不会有压降的产生
OPA211在这里仍然是起到电压跟随器的作用，R22、R25、C22用来调整系统的相角裕度，可以提高稳定性
