我用的lmh6629做TIA 甚至用lmh5401都不合适,模拟光电输入小信号为na级到2ua峰值,带宽到百兆,用OPA657就更难做高带宽的,仿真加实际调整也不过几十兆.
1ghz以上的TIA方案有吗?有什么好的推荐吗?
