运放搭的减法器电路误差问题

大家好,减法电路图如下所示,一共有8个这样的电路,8通道的。

理论上讲,输出应该为CH1 = 2*JIB-JIC; 信号大小为100mV左右。实际上用的是TI的OP07C和OPA277U.两种型号的运放都试过了,结果与2*JIB-JIC有偏差,OPA277差得多的相差0.1mV左右,OP07最多相差0.3mV左右;而且,这个误差是跟着运放走的。运放互换一下,误差也跟着走了。

因为接触模电比较少,不知出现这样的现象正常吗?偏移电压是几十uV,结果差零点几毫伏正常吗?因为要求的精度比较高,所以不知有什么解决办法吗?
