这个精密运放要用到正负双电源供电，手头只有一个12V的电源适配器，如何得到5V稳压电源给运放供电？最好输出电流大一些， 求各位工程师帮忙解惑。
那可以考虑使用降压芯片来实现，比如TPS54160。
