求各位大佬推荐几款外围电路简单且增益带宽积大于1.2GHz的运放，打算放大250MHz 5mv'左右的高频小信号

如果只考虑GBW的话，大于1.2G的运放有很多，比如LMH6624，全差分运放的话比如LMH6554，LMH3401。电流反馈的话比如THS3202，LMH6702等
