LMV358采用3.3V供电，用作比较器。在同相端输入3.3V脉冲1ms信号，反相端输入1.65V参考电压。在同相端为0.1V和3.3V输入时，输出均为1.7V。是什么原因。

电路没问题。 另外，Part B， Part A 工作正常是什么意思? 部分能正常工作？
