客户在使用运放TLV9064的电路如下，按照设计规格输出为0.297V，但在上电时会过冲到1.3V，严重超过设计标准，请教是什么原因造成的，该如何修正。谢谢！
测量波形图如下：
这个脉冲，可能运放的电源电压还不足工作要求引起的
从波形看；应该是电源电容引起地线电流压降；导致过冲。建议传下PCB；确认下问题。
